Prior positions include: Financial Controller for a captive start-up business, Strategic Growth Manager including M&A (13 acquisitions), Senior Global Sourcing Manager and Marketing Manager.  Prior employers include Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard.
 
Clay is also a California State University professor teaching the Financial Statements Analysis course in the Executive MBA program at the Sonoma campus.
